1. About this website

The website http://www.meditec-cm.com/ is published by MEDITEC SARL, a company registered in Cameroon, with its registered office located at Boulevard de la liberté, Douala, Cameroun.

2. Products and services

MEDITEC sells solar equipment: photovoltaic panels, inverters, batteries, charge controllers, LED lighting and accessories. Product specifications are described on the product pages. Photos are not contractually binding.

3. Orders

Any order placed on the website constitutes acceptance of these terms. MEDITEC reserves the right to refuse any order for a legitimate reason. Order confirmation is sent by email.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in CFA Francs (XAF), all taxes included. Delivery fees are calculated when the order is confirmed. Payment is made by bank card, Mobile Money (MTN, Orange) or on delivery.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address given when ordering. Delivery times are given as an indication. In case of delay, we will inform you. Delivery is free from 500,000 XAF of purchases.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

7. Warranty

8. Personal data

The information collected is necessary to process your order. In accordance with the law, you have a right to access, rectify and object to data concerning you. To exercise it, contact us by email.

9. Intellectual property

All elements of the website (text, images, logos) are the exclusive property of MEDITEC. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.

10. Changes to these terms

MEDITEC reserves the right to change its terms and conditions at any time. The applicable terms are those in effect at the time of the order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Douala.
